Offshore Development Center (24/7 Collaborative Model)

In this engagement model, INFORLINX launches a dedicated facility for the customer at our development center. This facility is like an extension of the customer's own facility and will be responsible for servicing the needs of your project. The dedicated facility leverages INFORLINX’s technical infrastructure, process, management and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by existing INFORLINX’s resources or by client’s resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. Our managers are specifically meant to provide you with maximum visibility and accountability into the project development activities in our center of excellence. With this engagement model, as a client you stand to gain the maximum benefits of outsourcing and utilize the chance to employ some of the best talent available in the industry at our center of excellence.

Fixed Time/Fixed Cost Project

In this engagement model, INFORLINX takes complete responsibility for managing and implementing your project needs. Under this low-risk model we work with clients to define expected deliverables and timelines to determine a mutually agreed fixed price. This model provides the clients with flexibility when there is concern over progress in remote projects. Under this option, the customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project scope agreed upon, which in turn is linked to well-defined deliverables. INFORLINX’s Milestones based payment options and schedules are pre defined from the onset of the project thus enabling the client to reduce risk by visibly monitoring progress of the project. We have observed over the years that this engagement model has great value since it leverages INFORLINX’s expertise in implementing complicated business solutions.

Hourly Rate Assignment Model

When the project scope, specification and implementation plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset or requirements may change dynamically during the project implementation process, the Hourly pricing model provides the flexibility of modulating the size and workloads of the development team assigned to your project, while optimizing time and costs. Under the hourly rate assignment model, INFORLINX offers its skilled resources, and the development effort is billed at the end of every month based on the pre-negotiated and mutually agreed hourly rate. Hence, the total project cost is determined by the amount of time and resources expended.

The hourly rate assignment model offers you a high degree of flexibility to alter specifications, accommodate unplanned activities rapidly, and adjust project resources based upon your evolving requirements throughout the software development process. INFORLINX also provides you with the flexibility to switch to the Fixed Price model once the project scope becomes clearly defined and the requirements are firmed up.

On Demand Resource Delivery Model

The On Demand Resource Delivery Model is an engagement model that is agile, fast to react, and is one that leverages INFORLINX’s project development processes and methodology. Our experience with project and resource management enables us to provide on demand resource delivery model for execution of projects. This resource delivery model is based on the strategy of setting up a large, provisional pool of human resources and other resources that you as a client can tap into to meet resource demand spikes. These flexible resource pools are available on an as-needed basis to service your project requirement needs. Typically, the on demand resource delivery model is ideal to a client who is essentially a service provider and needs resources on demand to assist with the completion of a specific project or projects. As a provider of on demand resources, INFORLINX will manage the staffing and allocation of resources but allows the management of resources by the client. Over the years, we have seen that the on demand resource delivery model work well for clients who want to leverage our technological expertise of our talent in our offshore development center, or simply utilize our tried and tested project management resources.
